- Validate provided ownership information through government-linked online land / asset information
- Connect with interested parties
By accessing, registering on, browsing, or using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For verification and fraud prevention purposes, we may collect state-wise Land unique identity numbers such as Khasra numbers, Khata numbers, Survey numbers, Patta numbers, Thandaper numbers, Khatian numbers, Mutation details, Registry documents, Property tax documents, Sale deeds, Encumbrance records, Utility records, Government-issued ownership references, electricity bills or other government identity of an asset to validate ownership information from government records before making it publicly viewable on PlotsUp.
E. Device and Technical Information
We automatically collect technical and device information including:

- is not a party to property sale or purchase transactions unless specifically stated
Users must independently verify all property information before entering into transactions.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We recommend users or subscribers to frequently visit our policy and terms and conditions to be informed about new updates or changes.
